Description Position Summary

As a member of the Digital Experience team, the Senior UX Designer will play a vital role in the production of Credit One Bank’s digital banking experiences across web (mobile/desktop) and native mobile apps (iOS/Android). This is a customer-centric, digital experience design role; working with business and functional leadership to understand customer experience challenges and identify opportunities to solve or enhance user journeys, product adoption, feature utilization, product/program performance and overall customer satisfaction.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Support end-to-end product design by working with product managers, analysts, SMEs, and researchers to identify customer and business needs, then translate them into engaging, simple, and intuitive understandable design solutions that enhance the product experience Work independently, to create process or user flows, wireframes, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity mockups and prototypes; continually soliciting feedback from others while remaining open to varying perspectives (knowing how and when to defend design decisions) Create Figma mockups and prototypes utilized for stakeholder review and UX testing Present concepts and user flows to stakeholders; communicating concepts clearly and persuasively across varying levels of the organization Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct usability tests to validate designs Maintain organized design files to ensure consistency across UI components and projects; document design decisions and provide dev-ready assets where applicable Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods; championing user and design centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis Navigate conflict resolution within projects, teams and partner relationships Be a team player; take initiative and ownership of responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables Position Requirements:

6 to 8 years of professional experience in a UX or UI design role with a portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and UI design for mobile and desktop web experiences; native app experience is a major plus Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Products and Figma Familiarity with working and contributing to an established design system Strong knowledge of usability and UI design principles, best practices; demonstrated understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation Experience designing for cross channel experiences Preferred Skills/Experience:

Team leadership & design mentorship Experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Experience in the financial services industry Credit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
