The Executive VP of Marketing is responsible for driving product management, segment strategy, market insights, and marketing operations across the Americas. This role oversees brand management, media relations, advertising, and digital engagement strategies. Additionally, responsibilities include trade show coordination, development of marketing materials (both digital and print), and research initiatives to enhance market positioning. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of multi-year marketing strategies to drive product and service growth. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and tailored performance management approaches. Oversee marketing execution, ensuring alignment across Product/Services Marketing, Communications, and Market Research functions. Strengthen brand recognition through consistent messaging and market engagement. Direct go-to-market strategies for product and service launches across North, Central, and South America. Establish and maintain strong relationships between marketing and product development teams, ensuring feedback loops inform innovation. Support sales and marketing teams in customer education, lead generation, and business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and consistency in product messaging. Define growth targets for customer acquisition and retention, tracking key performance metrics. Spearhead research and innovation initiatives to explore new business opportunities. Oversee digital presence, ensuring web platforms effectively serve customers, partners, and internal teams. Guide the creation and execution of visual marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Cultivate subject matter experts within product categories to support strategic sales initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Engineering required; advanced degree preferred. Experience: 8–10 years in sales or marketing, with a preference for candidates with business development and industry-specific experience. Proven ability to work in a matrixed, global environment with a strategic mindset and strong influencing skills. Deep expertise across marketing disciplines, including product management, branding, market research, and customer engagement. Experience in the imaging or medical technology space is advantageous, particularly in emerging trends and customer-driven solutions. Strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration skills, and awareness of the competitive landscape. Previous leadership experience in marketing required, with direct management experience preferred. COMPENSATION : $200,000 - $270,000
