Your role as a Curriculum and Content Development Director - Tax and Accounting As the Curriculum and Content Development Director for our Tax and Accounting line at WebCE, you will be at the forefront of innovation in online learning! You will guide the development of engaging content and curriculum focused on CPAs, tax preparers, and enrolled agents, ensuring it meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations. Your expertise will define product line decisions and enhance the curriculum through strategic collaborations with writers, resource groups, and our valued partners. You will thrive in a fun, relaxed environment while managing budgets, preparing polished communications, and keeping a pulse on industry trends. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is essential, along with 7-10 years in the Tax and Accounting industry, preferably holding a CPA or EA license. You should have a proven track record of writing and developing education programs for adult learners, as this role thrives on crafting engaging content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools is crucial for managing your projects effectively.

Your excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail will ensure nothing falls through the cracks, while your reliability and independent work ethic will keep our curriculum on track. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience 7-10 Years industry experience in Tax and Accounting Industry CPA or EA license 7-10 Years experience writing and developing adult learner education programs Participate in the annual Product Line budgeting Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Reliable and able to work independently Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Additional Eligibility Requirements Must be willing and able to travel to the corporate office in Dallas, TX, approximately 10% of the time annually. Approximately 5% travel per year for conferences, trade shows, and client visits. This position is remote and open to candidates residing in most U.S. states, with specific eligibility for those states not listed below to be confirmed upon receipt of application.
