The successful candidate will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and oversee all aspects of marketing, branding, and the customer experience in a digital marketplace. The CMO will play a crucial part in transforming this established, profitable company’s business model, operations, and growth strategy by implementing data-driven strategies and aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals. The CMO’s role goes beyond traditional marketing activities such as advertising and public relations. Proven success building partnerships: Experience utilizing partnership alliance marketing; a record of accomplishment expanding into new markets. Leadership Fit: Digital marketing technical experience to guide team coaching and decision making. Servant leader mentality who excels in ambiguity and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment.
