Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support new customer acquisition and retention. Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue goals. Oversee demand generation strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and lead nurturing campaigns. Define and refine the company’s brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels. Ensure consistency in brand storytelling and customer experience. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and market expansions. Align marketing with sales efforts to optimize customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Optimize pricing strategies and customer segmentation to maximize revenue growth. Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to drive decision-making. Lead customer experience initiatives to improve loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. Develop a strategy for engaging key customer segments through personalized marketing campaigns. Build strategic alliances with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand reach. Oversee PR and communications efforts to maintain a strong public presence. Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Oversee the marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven allocation of resources. Requirements:
Senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth environment. Experience leading marketing teams of 30+ members across multiple functions. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, including digital marketing, demand generation, and branding. Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. Experience aligning sales, finance, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and analytics platforms. Ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and measure performance through KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Must be open to travel across the Eastern portion of the United States as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Benefits:
