Responsibilities
Develop technical manuals, technical documentation, and training materials in accordance with applicable Government standards. Work with engineering, logistic and design/drafting personnel to gather data for various manuals and publications. Complete specific writing assignments in a clear and concise manner. Maintain and create user documentation, test documentation, and requirements documentation. Provide proposal writing support to include consolidating and refining technical inputs. Create reports, executive summaries, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations. Qualifications Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical writing or related field and three years of related professional experience. OR an Associate's degree with five years of related professional experience. OR high school diploma with seven years of related experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in developing technical procedural documentation, reports, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. Able to obtain a Secret level security clearance if requested. Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams. A team player that can work in a complex and fast-paced environment. The ability to listen to customers and colleagues, convey ideas effectively, and prepare written documentation. Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties. Excellent oral and written skills. Excellent critical thinking skills.
