The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting CBS's marketing efforts through a range of activities, including managing online presence, internal communications, print, and brand materials, and assisting with business development initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and design software. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with multiple teams, including recruiting, operations, and business development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and materials. Salary: $55k-$65k Key Responsibilities Online Presence: Manage key social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.), developing and executing content campaigns that engage audiences and align with CBS’s brand. Collaborate with the recruiting team to create and maintain recruiting campaigns, ensuring content is fresh and attracts prospective candidates. Regularly update the CBS website with relevant content and current information, ensuring it remains informative and user-friendly. Work with the operations team to update CBS’s online learning tool, CBSU, by adding current content and links. Respond to inquiries received via the CBS website contact form and social media messaging, distributing inquiries appropriately. Monitor and track analytics across all platforms, sharing key insights with leadership to inform decision-making. Print And Brand Write and design internal communications, including monthly newsletters, safety notices, holiday reminders, team kudos, and other necessary messages. Design visually appealing print content that effectively showcases CBS's brand for recruiting, networking, and business development purposes. Collaborate with the business development team to enhance proposals by adding visual graphics and organizational charts. Assist with proposal formatting and maintaining brand consistency before submission. Design presentation decks for internal and external meetings, ensuring high-quality and impactful visuals. Maintain and organize a digital image asset database via Bynder for easy access to marketing materials. Research and coordinate with outside vendors for branded products, including those used for recruiting events, marketing events, and employee swag. Qualifications Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and various digital marketing tools. Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for both internal and external audiences. Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Weebly. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Sprinklr. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proactive, adaptable, and dependable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience with design software like Canva. Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed. Understanding of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, for content creation and other tasks. EOE, including disability/veterans.
