Full Time Duties: Manages the direct marketing campaign delivery process. Executes campaigns including audience definitions, creative developments, test and control designs, budgeting, targeting, analyses, reporting, compliance, optimizations, and insights. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Market Research Analyst-related occupation. Position Required Skills: Position requires experience in: Direct and Financial Services marketing Project managing tools using Jira, Miro Board, Visio, or Lucidboard Process management and simplification Program management using NEO, Workfront, MS Office and Unica Marketing results using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau Process mapping using Blueworks Live or Visio Data management programs including Excel, Tableau, SAS, and Snowflake Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,839.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
