We’re looking for a marketing designer who can create engaging social media content, collaborate on paid marketing assets, and drive growth through data-driven strategies and trend-savvy creativity.
Key Responsibilities
2+ years of experience in Marketing design. Conceptualize, create, and upload social media content (both static and video) for Instagram and YouTube. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to create compelling and engaging paid creative assets (image, banner ads, YouTube ads). Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content strategies to optimize for growth and engagement. Actively grow our social media presence by consistently uploading content, staying on top of trends, and engaging with the audience. Qualifications
Expertise in creating high-quality video content. Previous experience in digital content creation using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. A keen understanding of social media trends, viral content, and audience psychology. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup environment or high-growth company. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft engaging narratives.
