At Ria, you’ll be surrounded by colleagues from everywhere in the world, who are dedicated to each other and empowered to be creative and nurture “out of the box” solutions.   We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support leading the company into the fast-paced world of customer needs mainly in offline channels.   This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is analytical, with fantastic communication skills and has excellent time management, is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities.   Responsibilities: - Executing promotional campaigns for stores and agents in Spain and Portugal.
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Analysing campaign results in Spain and Portugal.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department.
- Manage contractors and other promotional vendors
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.   Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and find actionable insights
  • Exceptionally strong skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Spanish and English fluency is mandatory. Portuguese fluency is a plus.
