The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing field marketing initiatives at the local level and providing marketing support and coaching for local teams. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with Tierra Encantada's operations team and center leadership. Position Responsibilities

  • Implement field marketing initiatives on a local level, adapting national strategies to the needs of each unique market
  • Provide marketing coaching and guidance to on-site teams, supporting stakeholders to implement field marketing initiatives at the local level while ensuring tactics align with regional business goals
  • Oversee and support the coordination of on-site events for both enrolled families and prospects, including event planning, promotion, and follow-up
  • Ensure execution of local social media tactics
  • Act as a subject matter expert on marketing platforms and provide support and guidance to influence and optimize utilization company-wide
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and event sponsorships to enhance brand awareness and create community connections
  • Assist in the development of playbooks and guides to be utilized by the marketing department, as well as center leadership and franchisees
  • Support the execution and development of new center opening plans
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns, using data to provide insights to optimize future strategies
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure successful implementation of local marketing initiatives

Position Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or related degree
  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing, preferably with direct experience working in field marketing and/or event coordination
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient time management, organizational, and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met while balancing multiple projects.
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, while also able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 depending on qualifications, education, and experience.
