The social media specialist will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms. To be successful as a social media specialist, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, you should demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude with a keen interest in shaping Allen Brothers' image and values through appropriate communication to the outside world. What you’ll do: Social Media Management Aid in executing the company's social media strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager. Create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms to increase brand visibility. Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of social media assets. Assist in scheduling content to ensure timely postings and maintain consistency across channels. Recommend creative ideas and artistic knowledge to exceed expectations of goals and objectives. Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence. Monitor the company's brand on social media. Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers. Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement. Respond to comments on each of our accounts. Oversee customer service provided via social media. Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices. Social Data Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on campaign performance. Provide support in interpreting data to derive actionable insights for marketing initiatives. Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives. Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive growth of location-specific followers. About you: Food focused with a desire to over deliver on quality content! 2+ years of social media marketing experience. Experience working with and developing a marketing plan. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform. Proven ability to build social media communities. Understanding of graphic design principles. Experience as a Brand Manager on social media. Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
