Job Description
Marketing Coordinator and Physician Liaison will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services to physicians, patients, and the community. This position will serve as a liaison between our organization and physician practices, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our referral base. Responsibilities include visiting surrounding physician clinics and facilities for networking. This client-facing role fosters positive relationships with physicians and clinical staff. Furthermore, contributes to the development, implementation, measurement, and optimization of marketing/growth plans. The Marketing Specialist contributes to developing effective business cases with in person, digital, web, market research and other cross functional teams to drive positive change in partnership with other hospitals and clinics. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content
Manage and maintain our website and social media presence
Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for future marketing initiatives
Coordinate trade show appearances, health fairs, and other community events
Physician Liaison Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals
Identify opportunities to grow our referral base and develop strategies to increase referrals
Provide education on our services, including new technologies and treatment options
Gather feedback from physicians and practices to improve our services and patient experience
Collaborate with our physician relations team to develop and implement physician engagement strategies
Shared Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services, including clinical programs and specialties
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical staff, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Manage and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
