Job Summary:
The
Associate
at Inkhouse is an entry-level position for college graduates who want to explore a career in communications. Our
6-month program
gives you the opportunity to learn the ropes of public relations in our people-first environment where you will make an impact on both your clients and co-workers. This role will position you for a career in PR, social media and digital communications, allow you to be a full team member and gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of our Assistant Account Executives. You will support traditional PR programs, content programs and digital programs, so you can gain a holistic understanding of integrated communications. Job Responsibilities: Mastering PR tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, PRNewswire and Trendkite Client and industry research Media and social media influencer list creation Coverage monitoring and reporting First draft of communications, briefing documents, press materials and social media content Research speaking opportunities and building speaking and awards lists Flexibility to help out where needed Contribute ideas to PR plans, new business pitches, brainstorms, etc. Job Requirements: B.S./B.A. public relations, marketing, communications or related field Eager to learn PR, social media, digital marketing, design, communications Open to working in a number of industry segments including technology, healthcare, security and venture capital Organized and detail oriented Team player Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Why Inkhouse?
