As our Web Analytics & SEO Analyst on our Digital Commerce team, you’ll contribute to web analytics and SEO efforts across our enterprise web properties. You’ll assist with implementation, monitoring, reporting, dashboard creation, and education, helping teams make data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze SEO performance, provide recommendations for content and keyword improvements, and collaborate with designers and developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist in tracking and analyzing website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools. Create dashboards and reports to help teams make data-driven decisions. Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, evaluating technical implementation, and monitoring performance. Collaborate with marketers, analysts, and developers to implement SEO and analytics recommendations. Manage and maintain marketing tags within a tag management platform.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website performance metrics. Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data. Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
Familiarity with BrightEdge, Contentsquare, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Google Analytics certification is a plus. Understanding of the insurance or financial services industry is helpful.
