Their technology is already being utilized by Fortune 500 companies and has attracted thousands of customers since their launch in early 2024.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end ownership of self-serve customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
• Develop and execute creative growth strategies across multiple channels
• Build and optimize marketing funnels with a focus on both self-serve and enterprise segments
• Launch and measure growth experiments with rapid iteration
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on activation and retention
• Collaborate with sales to refine ideal customer profiles and identify growth opportunities
• Implement data-driven strategies to scale user acquisition and engagement

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience, with significant time spent at early-stage technology startups
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth (ideally $1M to $10M+ ARR)
• Experience building marketing systems and strategies from the ground up
• Strong background in both self-serve and sales-led growth motions
• Deep expertise in multiple growth marketing channels and strategies
• Experience marketing technical products to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products or developer-focused solutions
• Background in video marketing or viral growth loops
• Track record of successful community building
• Experience scaling marketing operations with small teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $185,000
