If you are a highly adaptable, innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we have the ideal opportunity for you.About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing who excels in strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team development. This role requires a leader who can provide valuable market and product insights to guide our management team and drive our marketing efforts forward. This role is located on-site at our Dania Beach, FL office and reports directly to the CMO. Responsibilities include team leadership and development across ecomm, brand, creative, copywriting, consumer research, and support of marketing operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncluding but not limited to: Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across all channels, including retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.Own revenue and performance KPIs, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments such as Customer Acquisition, E-commerce, Retention, and Influencer Marketing.Brand Management:Translate consumer insights, performance analytics, and retailer strategies into winning business strategies and tactics.Set and uphold brand standards, including the brand book, guidelines, feel, look, and voice, to ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.Measure performance through KPIs, including brand sentiment, awareness, and asset value.Market and Product Insight:Own the brand's positioning with a deep understanding of key brand traits and the evolving retail/customer environment.Research and analyze the brand landscape, competitors, categories, and consumer traits to identify unique value propositions.Contribute to long-term product planning, identifying opportunities for innovation and development within our brand architecture.Revenue and Performance:Drive revenue growth by joining Brand and Growth departments, understanding pricing elasticity, lift, and profit maximization.Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, pricing, and positioning to enhance market penetration and consumer engagement.Digital and Retail Integration:Oversee the website as a primary owned medium, ensuring customer interaction aligns with brand expectations and enhances the digital experience.Collaborate with the retail division to expand distribution, shelving, and merchandising opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Influence, connect, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business-building initiatives.Partner closely with Customer Acquisition, E-commerce, and Retention teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.Team Development:Lead and develop high-performing teams across brand, creative, consumer research, and marketing operations.Inspire, motivate, and manage direct reports to achieve broader business goals and drive innovation.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field10+ years of experience in Brand Management within a consumer goods settingMinimum of 5 years leading teams and developing direct reports4 years of experience in the fashion/beauty industry or CPG (understanding of consumer cycles)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProactive, with the ability to operate autonomously and collaborativelyIn-depth understanding of the product development process and pipeline innovationExperience in conducting, analyzing, and developing strategies based on primary research and dataStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategiesOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite, including PowerPoint and ExcelBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401k planAdditional Opt-In InsurancesWork/Life BalanceVacation + Sick Time PayL'ange Hair Product Stipend- a quarterly stipend to help you refresh your favorite L'ange products and also try new products!Key Integra Competencies (All candidates are expected to demonstrate, regardless of role)Action OrientedSituational AdaptabilityDrives Results
