• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and providing customized life insurance solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
• Conduct i-depth consultations to evaluate clients' financial goals, and recommend appropriate policies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• State Life and Health Insurance License (active and in good standing).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
