Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager

If so, then consider the role of Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager at Omnicell.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across our product portfolio. You will manage initiatives that span across Product Marketing as well as focus on Marketing Excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and refine portfolio-level messaging and positioning that differentiate our offerings in the market.

Representing Marketing, participate in and be accountable in cross functional initiatives, representing the voice of Marketing.

Manage multiple Marketing processes, ensuring a consistent process through communicating and preparing stakeholders.

Be the subject matter expert for Marketing’s role in the Product Lifecycle Process.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Develop and maintain marketing content and sales tools.

Foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Be customer obsessed.

Understanding of portfolio marketing strategies, product lifecycle management, and how to align various marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.

Familiarity with developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product launches.

Understanding of brand messaging and positioning strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, customer success, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.

Skilled at leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of marketing professionals and stakeholders.

Proficient in managing expectations of key stakeholders, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment on project goals.

Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Ability to think strategically and develop marketing initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Be customer obsessed.

A clear communicator with demonstrated capabilities to distill complex concepts into simple but powerful visuals and stories.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years+ experience in portfolio or product marketing, or similar role with transferable skills.

3+ years’ experience within the technology/healthcare/medical sector

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills across functional groups

Excellent Microsoft Office skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Work Conditions:

Travel requirements: up to 25%

Remote/home or office

Based near Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay/St. Petersburgh
