Digital Marketer for Small Business Marketer, Content Creator, Videographer, Writer & Messaging Guru

We’re a small, family-owned marketing business in Lakeville, with a tight-knit team of 6. We need a great digital marketer, creator, writer, and video content creator.

We help small businesses fulfill their sales potential through messaging, website building, video production, social media posting, advertising, content creation, and search engine optimization.

Our Clientele:

  • Small businesses in the following sectors:
    • Accounting firms, bookkeepers, and tax professionals
    • Investment Companies
    • Insurance Brokers
    • Real Estate Agents
    • Builders, remodelers, and contractors
    • Home Services (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Contractors)
    • Large Manufacturers and other mid-sized businesses

We do not work with fashion, beauty, or restaurants.

THE JOB!

2-4 days working in our home office in Lakeville, with remote work flexibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and crafting messaging
  • Writing and crafting content
  • Shooting and editing video and photos
  • Creating YouTube videos and social media content
  • Website copywriting
  • Collaborating with clients and team members

You will help create writing, video, photography, graphics, and websites for our customers.

Required Skills:

  • Able to draw out customers' stories and messaging
  • Competent in crafting marketing messaging and writing
  • Ability to create compelling video content
  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Figma or Illustrator
  • Understands how to collaborate with clients and team members

TYPES OF ASSIGNMENTS:

Customer Project Content Package:

  • Gathering videos, photos, and aerial footage of completed projects
  • Creating video essays and advertising copy
  • Deploying content across various platforms

Customer Advertising Package:

  • Engaging with new customers to draw out their value propositions
  • Creating ads, website copy, and video scripts

Website Copywriting Package:

  • Engaging with new clients to create website copy

Social Media Posting Project:

  • Creating and publishing social media content
