Inspire creative excellence as a VP, Associate Creative Director - Art, guiding multiple accounts and brands to achieve client goals through innovative content and style. You will collaborate with partners to drive brand strategy, team growth, client relationships, and award-winning creative execution. As an agency leader, you will cultivate inclusive culture, mentor talent, and drive business expansion.
A Day in the Life
- Lead creative ideation, partnering with Accounts, Senior Management, and Clients to develop brand personality and positioning.
- Empower project teams to create cutting-edge, user-friendly designs aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with production to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Foster positive cross-functional relationships with Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management.
- Manage client relationships through creative ability, active communication, and expectation management.
- Develop and advocate marketing strategies, understanding account dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Supervise and mentor Art Directors, ensuring talent development and management.
- Drive business growth through new business pitches, existing brand expansion, and agency-wide initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred).
- 9+ years' experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art Direction and Design or related field.
- Prior experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong art direction aptitude and strong presentation, leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to implement strategic thinking & problem solving, and strong knowledge of Art and Design principles across media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, financial management, and resourcing acumen.
Compensation and Benefits
$160,000 to $220,000 annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
