Team WPP for Audible
Following the kick-off of an exciting new engagement, Team WPP is thrilled to partner with Audible in their mission of igniting the world’s imagination through premium audio storytelling. To make that possible, Team WPP have been appointed to bring the Audible mission to life through social media transformation across ten markets (in the Americas, EU, and APAC) and over 30+ channels (incl. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok). Through social, Audible aims to create a larger and more inspired community of fans across the globe.
The Role
Content Creator (NYC-based, Hybrid)
We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team in NYC. As a Content Creator, you are a key member of our creative and production team. You consult on live creative briefs and develop your own, collaborating closely with Creatives, Strategists, and Producers to execute and deliver native content for iconic brands' social channels as part of their broader US and Global campaigns. You are on-site with us to enhance collaboration and allow our team to directly guide the content you create.

The pay range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team in NYC. As a Content Creator, you are a key member of our creative and production team. Responsibilities
- Produce, create, edit, and deliver authentic social-first content that resonates with users' social feeds, prioritizing creativity and brand messaging over high production budgets.
- Develop creative ideas and suggest innovative approaches to digital content delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest social trends and techniques.
- Create graphics and edit photos, collaborating with the internal design team as needed.
- Work alongside creatives and designers to lead social asset creation from brief to delivery, driving fast-paced and engaging content for client social platforms.
- Stay current on industry developments, tools, and techniques, proactively contributing creative solutions to your work.
- Train and share knowledge with internal teams to empower them in managing their own content creation, providing ad-hoc support.
- Build relationships with the team and contribute to a positive agency culture.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as needed.
- Maintain familiarity with client brand visual identities, best practices, and workflows.
Skills And Experience
- Solid experience with and understanding of social channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Demonstrated energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing social content and following social media best practices.
- Experience developing and managing the production of social media campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram, on budget and on time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with all team members (strategy, creative, clients, producers) and external partners.
- Experience in video production, including filming and editing, preferably for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage work schedules effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of brand-focused content creation.
- An interest in audio entertainment.
- Design skills are a MAJOR plus.
