What's the role?
As a Multimedia Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content to support our marketing strategy for the Americas. You will be a passionate advocate for our customers and a champion for our products and brand.
Sounds Interesting? Here's what you'll do:
- Support the development and execution of digital programs, tools, platforms, and promotions to support marketing and sales.
- Create concepts for brochures, sales sheets, digital ads (including video), promotions, e-newsletters and trade show graphics targeting markets in the Americas.
- Produce high-quality content for various channels, including websites, social media and podcasts.
- Engage in web and multimedia design, including websites, digital banner ads, and blog pages.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
- Assist with new podcast launch and production.
- Measure and analyze digital campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities across digital platforms.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
Do you qualify?
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, graphic design, photography or similar.
- Excellent design skills for creating a variety of marketing materials.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in video post-production editing.
- Hands-on experience in studio video/photography (a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Management Systems (CMS) (a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to analyze various data streams and make recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing collateral production from concept to completion.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
