We're seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our client's team in reviewing and refining AI-generated content. In this role, you'll serve as a critical quality control checkpoint, ensuring all AI-produced copy meets our clients' high standards for accuracy, brand voice, and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit AI-generated content across multiple channels, ensuring voice and tone matches Kohler's specific brand guidelines.
- Flag potential issues or inaccuracies in AI outputs for review, to help train future AI outputs.
- Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to refine AI content parameters.
- Document patterns in AI content that need improvement.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice and style guidelines.
- Provide feedback to help optimize AI content generation systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional editing or proofreading experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury brands or products, especially related to plumbing industries.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools and processes.
- Experience with technical writing or product documentation.
- Understanding of ADA compliance for digital content.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26/hr to $28/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
