Role Overview:

MCare Agency is seeking an experienced and results-driven EventMarketer to lead marketing initiatives for our career fairs and networking events. This role requires expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and door-to-door promotion to maximize event participation and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Maintain email lists and track engagement metrics.
• Social Media Management: Plan and implement content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor engagement and optimize performance.
• Door-to-Door Marketing: Visit businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote upcoming events and distribute marketing materials.
• Event Promotion & Outreach: Establish partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance event reach.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure successful event turnout.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for MCare Agency at career fairs, networking events, and community meetups.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing campaign results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and event promotion.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in event marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in door-to-door and community outreach marketing.
