Job Summary
The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners. The Community Specialist also delivers a world-class guest experience when working on the floor in the store, bringing their community perspective into the guest connection.
Core Responsibilities of the Job
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
- Establish and manage local key relationships to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
- Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities.
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs and provide technical product education.
- Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
- Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
- Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and share recommendations with store leadership.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
- The work schedule can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights.
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
- Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners.

Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.01/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.01/hour.
