Job Requirements:
- Experience working with jewelry and fashion clients
- Strong communication skills for maintaining day-to-day interactions with clients and press office
- Experience liaising with top-tier domestic & international publications and stylists
- Knowledge of creating pitch schedules for media coverage
- Familiarity with maintaining press lists (editors, bloggers, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers)
- Ability to build and develop VIP stylist relationships
- Proficiency in maintaining an in-house database
- Event coordination experience (pre, during, and post-event)
Responsibilities:
- Work with jewelry and fashion clients, maintaining clear day-to-day communication with clients and press office
- Liaise with top-tier domestic & international publications and stylists
- Create pitch schedules to secure top media coverage across US titles
- Disseminate pitches to all press
- Schedule desk sides/studio visit appointments with editors
- Develop editor, social, and blogger target lists for all clients
- Monitor all outlets for secured clippings and coverage and circulate to the client
- Send clients weekly and monthly reports that list all activity
- Maintain press lists of editors, bloggers, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers for fashion shows and events and create detailed status reports to be updated daily
- Develop VIP stylist relationships and fulfill sample requests
- Maintain the in-house database
- Secure attendees, manage guest list and RSVPs, and execute post-event coverage
Scope:
- 20 hours per week, flexible
