DDTC Indonesia is hiring: Project & Library Administration in Georgia

• Manage registration administration, including form completion and invoice issuance.
• Handle premium user activation for B2B and B2C, including student users.
• Manage access for internal company users and internship participants.
• Oversee the distribution of daily and weekly tax regulation updates to clients.
• Administer the Tax Genius Battle Perpajakan DDTC.
• Coordinate with the General Affairs (GA) team for the preparation and delivery of books or other products.
• Manage library administration, including library usage regulations, collection categorization, visitor database, and other relevant data.
• Maintain the library collection, including books, journals, and digital literature.
• Ensure proper documentation of library collections.
• Compile thematic bibliographies and library references relevant to DDTC’s research needs.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Male / Female, maximum age of 27 years. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Taxation, Management, Human Resources, Library Science, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or a similar role is preferred.
• A passion for reading, especially in economics and taxation, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Skilled in managing schedules, documents, and data.
• Able to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
• Capable of creating concise financial reports.
• Responsive, proactive, and trustworthy.
