Position Summary: The social media specialist will run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You will engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee customer service across all platforms.
What you’ll do:
Social Media Management
- Aid in executing the company's social media strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of social media assets.
- Assist in scheduling content to ensure timely postings and maintain consistency across channels.
- Recommend creative ideas and artistic knowledge to exceed expectations of goals and objectives.
- Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitor the company's brand on social media.
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Respond to comments on each of our accounts.
- Oversee customer service provided via social media.
- Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
Social Data Analytics and Reporting
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on campaign performance.
- Provide support in interpreting data to derive actionable insights for marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive growth of location-specific followers.
About you:
- Food focused with a desire to over deliver on quality content!
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
