We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and content creation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels in multitasking. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential, as this role will involve supporting the creative team in producing impactful projects and innovative solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Content Creation

  • Develop brand-specific graphic assets, including collages, templates, and promotional materials, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with the team to design content for multiple platforms, including websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with creating video content, including light editing and enhancing visual appeal.
  • Ensure all digital media is consistent with the Loverly Grey brand identity and guidelines.

Project Support

  • Support special projects, including seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Market Research & Creative Innovation

  • Research emerging design trends and propose ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in fashion, design, and digital media, to inspire new content.
  • Approach tasks with a “no task is too small” attitude, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Work closely with the Content Manager and Creative Team to meet deadlines and fulfill project needs.
  • Provide design support to various departments to ensure cohesive branding across all initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or content creation
  • Retail/customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Apple products, Google Workspace Apps, and Canva
  • Knowledge of fashion, design, and digital media trends is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong creative eye for design and aesthetics
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
  • Flexibility with nights and weekends
  • Local to Athens, Georgia. Must work in-office Monday through Friday
  • Will report directly to the Manager of Culture and Communication
