ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with CDSEM, FIB Metrology tools to support wafer process development.
- Responsible for supporting the metrology work in wafer level development and manufacture of magnetic recording heads.
- Work closely with development engineers to support CDSEM and FIB related measurement processes.
- Work independently once trained.
Required:
- Must complete high school; additional education and related degrees or certifications are highly desired.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-tech industry or related research environment.
- At least 1 year of working experience with SEM, FIB, or TEM.
- Proficient in English (speaking and reading).
- Good computer skills; comfortable with Windows and Excel.

Compensation & Benefits Details:
- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business needs.
- The salary range provided is applicable for jobs performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote jobs that can be performed in these states.
- If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws.
- You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital’s Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan based on Company and individual performance.
