Job Overview
T-Mobile is seeking a skilled SEO Content Strategist to join our dynamic Digital Media team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our website for consumers and crafting compelling content strategies across all lines of business, focusing on enhancing our presence and engagement across the full enterprise experience. This role will also lead the growth of our digital content hubs (The Signal & Dialed-In), integrating them across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and optimizations that align with T-Mobile’s business goals across all lines of business.
- Manage enterprise content calendar and strategy for Un-carrier Moves, NPIs, key moments.
- Manage content strategy for Local Search including Google Posts and Banners.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create and maintain content hub content calendars.
- Lead Content Governance Steering Team to ensure content “swim lanes” across all content properties including marketing pages, support, and newsroom.
- Collaborate with an external agency, internal SEO team, and Social Team to optimize content for search engines, increasing visibility and driving traffic.
- Monitor content performance on various platforms, utilizing analytics to gauge effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Innovate and experiment with new content formats and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and engage a diverse audience.
- Provide strategic search recommendations to enhance content delivery and performance on digital content hubs, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including product, integrated marketing, and legal to ensure consistency in T-Mobile’s brand voice and message across all platforms.
- Manage content projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role, with a strong portfolio of successful content initiatives.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation and optimization.
- Experience with content creation and distribution across various digital platforms, including YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Experience scaling blog experiences from early to mature stage with a multi-channel approach.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Analytics and GA4 preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- WordPress knowledge a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Base Pay Range: $75,800 - $136,800. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
