The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. If you'd like to be part of a dynamic duo, a positive influence in the ultimate studio dream team, and set and surpass goals, then Orangetheory Afterburn just might be looking for YOU!

Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers
• Working at our front desk, including answering phones and talking to members
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional manner
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
