Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62500 - $146000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:
The Interior Design Manager is responsible for the selection, coordination and installation of all interior decorative elements for Ralph Lauren Architecture and Design Studio.
- Create inspiration boards that illustrate design concepts
- Present decorative concepts to head of department for approvals
- Source and select decorative items
- Track decorative items from point of purchase through delivery
- Collaborate with architects/store design/merchants/visual presentation on space design, fixture development and installations
- Archive decorative materials and maintain project records/specs
- Manage new store decorative installations and renovations on site and virtually
- Create and maintain budgets
- Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Education in interior design or related field
- Experience in interior design and/or store development, preferably in retail industry or high-end residential
- Highly organized, adaptable and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
- Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and sketch/diagram space plans and fixture layouts
- Experience developing custom furniture and fixtures
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD and/or SketchUp proficiency a plus
- Ability to source and select decorative items, including vintage
- Budget and project management skills
