PRPL is seeking a Shopping UX Programs and Operations Manager for the Content Design team of one of our large, big tech clients. The need is for an operational lead developing and scaling LLM content creation across Shopping products, supporting a team of content designers, researchers, and writers. You’ll manage multiple programs, including quality, delivery programs, and establish clear, scalable processes. You’ll create cross-team relationships and awareness, develop actionable insights, ensure programs meet goals and deadlines, and scale and lead a deeply impactful program.
Contract Information: Long Term Contract. Full time hours through February 2026. High likelihood of project extension. Fully Remote Position.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and support key workstreams in collaboration with UX leadership, including: project planning and scoping, requirements gathering, resource allocation, creation of review and approval processes, and day-to-day support.
- Provide leadership and operational excellence across UX content teams to deliver the highest level of UX execution.
- Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management.
- Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding vision, project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Define x-team and xPA engagement models to drive seamless collaboration and user-centered design processes.
- Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.
