This is a remote role.
Pay Range: $42/hr – $47/hr
The main function of a Software Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. – Websphere, Informatica etc.) to support business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support a solution.
- Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
Requirements:
- 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese language.
- Experience in game as a service will be welcome as their games are games of service (they continue to create updates to the games over time).
- People who have worked with China / Chinese companies (Chinese companies have different work cultures that would be valuable to know of).
- Able to be a task master.
- Self-motivated individual / self-sufficient.
- Communication experience (will be effectively collaborating with teams) – 2+ YOE.
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.) – 2+ YOE.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42/hr – $47/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
