We are seeking an exceptional Social Media and Community Manager to oversee content creation, social media growth, and engagement within our Insider's Membership Program. In this role, you will create compelling content, manage our social platforms, and foster an engaged brand community to achieve growth and loyalty.

All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.

Note: This role is based at our HQ office in Calabasas, CA.

Key Areas of Accountability

1. Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality content, including writing, graphic design, and video editing, to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Align content strategy with marketing objectives, product launches, and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.

2. Managing Social Media Accounts for Follower Growth

  • Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Optimize content for each platform, leveraging trends and engagement insights to drive audience growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

3. Engaging and Managing our Insider's Membership Program

  • Oversee community engagement through exclusive content, VIP customer interactions, and a dedicated membership space (e.g., Facebook Groups).
  • Foster a strong sense of brand loyalty by facilitating discussions, live events, and special perks for members.
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Creative Team

  • Partner with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute visually compelling campaigns.

Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching brand goals.

Customer Support & Brand Experience

  • Ensure social media interactions align with our brand voice and customer service approach.

Paid Media Team

  • Collaborate on organic-to-paid strategies to maximize content performance.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and community engagement for a brand.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of trends and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Experience with community management and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
  • Background in social impact or purpose-driven marketing is a plus.
Key Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
  • Social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.

  • Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and community-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

  • $80K - $100K base with competitive bonus
