About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Global Creative Studio. The successful candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in building and leading global creative teams, either within advertising agencies or at brand-side internal creative studios. This role is pivotal in driving the vision of the creative studio, with a focus on understanding and solving global business problems through creative solutions. The Managing Director will be responsible for fostering a culture of creativity, maintaining best-in-class capabilities, and ensuring that the creative output is not only innovative but also delivers significant business and media results. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 12 years' work experience, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees and a background in leading successful global campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of the global integrated marketing landscape, the ability to build and maintain key relationships with senior marketing executives, and a proven track record of delivering creative work that resonates with audiences and drives competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will be an excellent people leader, capable of managing teams across different geographies, and will have a strong executive presence with the ability to influence and achieve consensus.
