We are seeking a talented Labeling Designer / Graphic Designer to develop and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs) documents, product illustrations, layout designs, and related labeling materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in working with regulatory-compliant documentation in the medical device industry. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant labeling and artwork.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain IFUs, product illustrations, and other labeling materials in compliance with corporate graphic standards and regulatory requirements.

Utilize existing templates in programs such as Bartender, Adobe LiveCycle, and EnLabel to create or revise labeling artwork.

Manage document control processes using PLM (Windchill) for routing work for approval.

Perform prepress activities necessary for accurate output of labeling artwork files.

Prepare and route labeling packages for first article and approvals.

Proofread labeling artwork utilizing measurement and inspection tools (e.g., rulers, barcode scanners) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure proper revision control and storage of all labeling documents.

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, regulatory, legal, product development, and marketing teams to complete labeling and artwork assignments.

Work with cross-functional teams to address NCRs and CAPAs by investigating, analyzing, and identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.

Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and ensure proper documentation for continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Ability to exercise independent judgment within company policies.

Capable of adapting to changing processes and learning new software quickly.

Strong attention to detail with a first-time-right approach.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with Adobe LiveCycle is preferred.

Exposure to Bartender, EnLabel, Windchill, and/or SAP is a plus.

Knowledge of regulatory standards is preferred.
