Compunnel Inc. is hiring: UX Designer in Santa Clara

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand opportunities and chart a path forward.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iteratively inform design decisions.
• Own end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects.
• Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participating in reviews and work sessions to refine solutions.
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing.
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure high-quality feature launches.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and bring clarity through mastery of the design process (and design sprints).
• Strong focus on high-quality, well-crafted visual design and attention to detail.
• Self-aware, curious, and humble.
• Prior experience designing for multi-sided marketplaces, ecommerce, or complex workflow tools is a plus.
