Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be part of the event planning department supporting various healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Analyst

Location: 8701 Bee Cave Rd, Austin, Texas

Pay Range: $34.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute various events specifically within the medical device and healthcare industry.
• Manage relationships with vendors to design event elements and procure housing.
• Acquire appropriate meeting space and manage attendee registration.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations during event planning.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in medical event planning within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, including the Sunshine Act.
• Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Strong skills in budget management for event planning.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
