Key Result Areas Provide support to our sales department by providing retail display renderings and mockup in-store presence. 60% Partner with internal and external resources, ensuring consistent brand standards and quality is met. Provide vision and brand expertise across all MGA properties. 30% Conceptualize new ways to reach our consumers. 10% TOTAL TIME UTILIZATION: 100% Position Requirements Education/Experience: Degree in Graphics/Design/Art (or equivalent training) preferred and/or min 5 years related work experience. Manufacturing experience in either China or other major manufacturing country. Key Responsibilities Develop and design engaging in-store activations. Work with marketing and sales leads to enhance product development. Work with factory and internal teams to manage the production process. Work with global teams to ensure local market needs are met including the management of translations and design specifications. Evaluate market and brand trends and incorporate them into line development. Complete assigned projects, achieving project directives with a high degree of independence and creativity. Demonstrate excellent ability to draw, illustrate and design in various media and styles. Have strong knowledge of retail displays. Possess the ability to provide visual interpretations/stylizations of characters appropriate to trends and product needs without compromising brand integrity. Ensure art requirements are satisfied while maintaining and/or raising the MGA creative standards. Ability to communicate with requestors, Manager/designers/team members technically and creatively using industry standard terminology. Communicate and liaise with internal teams (PD, packaging, web, licensing, legal, and style guide). Spot emerging art/design trends and have flexible art styles and apply them where applicable. Work according to project briefing, creative vision, and direction from requestor/Manager. Handle multiple assignments and changing priorities within a deadline-driven environment. Bring ideas into action, offering ideas to accomplish internal and external work resulting in working smarter and producing quality work within MGA’s standards. Operate with ongoing curiosity about emerging trends in the industry through research, observation, print media, and runway. Make sound decisions using MGA’s best practices. Ability to quickly learn new programs. Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together effectively, respectfully, and efficiently. Solve problems using critical and creative thinking. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Knowledge/Ability: Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making. Prefer to have thorough working knowledge of color and composition. Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Excel is a plus. Great organizational and time management skills. Extremely detail-oriented. Active listener.
