ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Influencer Marketing to drive our creator partnerships and campaigns. In this role, you will manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from talent identification and negotiations to content oversight and performance analysis. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with analytical thinking to strengthen BÉIS' position as a leading travel lifestyle brand through strategic influencer partnerships.

This role reports to the Director, Influencer and Social Media Marketing.

Although we are remote-first, this role requires a Los Angeles residency for periodic in-person collaboration at our Hollywood office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage influencer partnerships from negotiations through content review and campaign reporting.
  • Develop creative briefs for influencers; communicate them to our partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support Director in development and execution of influencer programs.
  • Identify trending and up-and-coming influencers to build relationships with; and deepen relationships with existing partners.
  • Help source and book creators for events and activations.
  • Source influencers and execute gifting campaigns.
  • Analyze performance of influencer program based on core KPIs and provide recommendations. Create post-campaign reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years working in influencer marketing in the DTC space or agency experience.
  • Experience executing partnerships from beginning to end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiations, content review, and payment.
  • Experience developing campaign briefs and shot lists for creators.
  • Experience reviewing analytics and developing actionable insights.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, whitelisting, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities; the ideal candidate is resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Experience managing an influencer budget.
  • Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, or Grinn.

BASE SALARY RANGE

This position's annual base salary range ranges from $110,000 to $115,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and other relevant factors.
