The Revenue Marketing Specialist is tasked with coordinating and executing demand generation and ABM programs across marketing and sales channels that accelerate pipeline development and drive growth. This role requires someone who can drive marketing initiatives to scale inbound and outbound sales efforts.
The ideal candidate understands demand generation, account-based marketing, sales cycles, and sales prospecting campaigns. You will be part of the wider AECO North America revenue marketing team promoting the Architecture & Design Direct sector GTM.
You will work closely with enterprise account managers and the broader sales teams to:
- Execute programs and campaigns to drive growth and revenue opportunities, iterating and refining based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the target markets and personas and how to tap into those groups
- Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns, and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
- Measure, analyze, and regularly report on the impact of programs on strategic accounts, as well as performance against core business KPIs while staying hyper-focused on pipeline generation
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment, focusing on buyer engagement motions

Basic qualifications:
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience working in a marketing team within a B2B environment
- A degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other relevant discipline
- Deep understanding of marketing automation/CRM platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, 6 Sense among others
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members
- A clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs and the ability to engage sales teams in relevant conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication, effective time and project management skills, organized and able to manage your time and work with a high degree of autonomy
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing related field
- Experience writing content for the AEC industry is desirable but not required
