Our Instagram (@PhlebotomyTrainingSpecialists) has gained traction, but we’re ready to elevate our presence across all social platforms. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to drive our online growth, build an engaged community, and tell the Intelvio story in a compelling way. This role requires a mix of content creation, community engagement, performance analysis, and brand strategy.

Success in this role will be measured by audience growth, engagement rates, content performance, and impact on brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Growth

  • Plan and manage both organic growth initiatives and paid social media campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure Intelvio remains competitive.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and student support teams to align messaging and content across all channels.
2. Content & Engagement
  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and campaigns tailored to students and professionals in healthcare education.
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, aligning posts with industry trends, seasonal events, and company milestones.
  • Foster meaningful community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with our audience.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.
  • Highlight student success stories and showcase the impact of Intelvio’s training programs.
3. Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
  • Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve social media performance.
  • Manage brand reputation by monitoring comments, addressing concerns, and handling potential PR issues professionally.
  • Leverage social media to generate leads, increase course sign-ups, and support broader marketing objectives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on social media management, preferably with experience in healthcare, education, or a mission-driven industry.
  • Proven Growth Success: A portfolio of accounts you’ve grown from the ground up, demonstrating audience engagement and brand impact.
  • Creative & Versatile: Strong skills in writing, video production, and design. Ability to develop content that informs, inspires, and converts.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics, test new strategies, and optimize for engagement and growth.
  • Crisis Management & Brand Protection: Experience handling online reputation management, moderating comments, and responding to potential PR issues.
  • Passion for Education & Healthcare: A genuine interest in helping students succeed in medical careers.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience running paid social ad campaigns
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content trends
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments
