Social Media Manager
Overview:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media efforts for 3 of our brands. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic campaigns that align with business objectives, driving follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally to create compelling content, manage publishing schedules, and engage with online communities. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
  • Implement comprehensive social media strategies for AdsWizz, Simplecast, and AudioGO.
  • Align social media goals with broader marketing and business objectives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee engagement strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, loyalty, and lead generation.
  • Evaluate and recommend partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and visibility.
  • Drive social media growth through innovative tactics and refine strategies based on performance data and audience insights.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Content Development
  • Own the content development process from planning to review, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistency and alignment.
Content Publishing
  • Manage and oversee publishing schedules for social media content.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content across channels.
  • Adjust publishing strategies based on audience engagement and platform algorithm changes.
Community Management
  • Engage with key communities, influencers, and partners relevant to the brands.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, responding to comments and inquiries in a brand-appropriate manner.
  • Develop strategies to grow and maintain an active, engaged online community.
Reporting, Research, Trends, and Insights
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, including KPIs, insights, and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze audience data to refine targeting and content strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of social media management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprout Social is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker passionate about social media trends and innovations.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
  • $65-70/hr. (W2/Non-Exempt)
