Visual Communications Coordinator – Hybrid in Reynoldsburg, OH

Position Details:

Location: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Reynoldsburg, OH)

Pay Rate: $17-$21/hour (W2, based on experience)

Duration: 3-month contract (covering maternity leave)


About the Role:

As a Visual Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in developing written and graphic instructional communication for in-store brand execution. Your work will directly impact store associates, helping them implement visual merchandising and marketing strategies with precision and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create instructional documents that guide store teams in executing floor sets and maintaining brand standards.
  • Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, utilizing templates to produce visually engaging communication materials.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Communications Team to ensure messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.


What We’re Looking For:


Must-Have Skills:

  • Adobe InDesign proficiency (required)
  • Strong visual layout and design skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Visual Presentation, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, or marketing
  • Previous experience in retail or a similar role is a plus
  • A portfolio showcasing graphic design or communication work is highly desirable


Hiring Process & Timeline:

  • 1 round interview with the hiring manager and a team member
  • Target start date: March 14th
