As our Director of Performance Marketing, you will set the vision and strategy for our paid media initiatives, overseeing execution and optimization to maximize impact. You'll lead a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovation in our performance marketing approach.
What You'll Do:
• Develop & Execute Strategy - Set the roadmap for our performance marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to scale acquisition and revenue growth.
• Optimize for Impact - Own paid media performance across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more), ensuring efficiency and ROI at scale.
• Lead & Inspire - Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a results-oriented, data-driven culture.
• Drive Innovation - Identify new opportunities, test cutting-edge approaches, and continuously refine strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Data Analytics, Product Marketing, Design, and external vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Own the Numbers - Provide in-depth analysis, forecasting, and reporting on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
Your Skill Set:
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, with deep knowledge of paid media strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies (experience with GA4, Power BI, SQL, or similar is a plus).
• Leadership experience, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• A bias for action, with a hands-on approach to both strategy and execution.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets and driving measurable business impact.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years in growth or performance marketing (preferably e-commerce), with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven Results: A track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through paid media.
