About the Role

The Creative Director will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing creative team to develop innovative and impactful brand experiences across all channels. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, a passion for design, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals and narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including website content, presentations, videos, social media graphics, and advertising campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented designers, writers, and other creative professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure creative alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and industry best practices.
  • Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a B2B technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with project management tools and creative software.
