Reynoldsburg, OH (Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Pay Range:

$19-21/hour DOE

Brief Summary: The

Visual Communications Coordinator

will support the in-store brand execution by developing written and graphic instructional materials for marketing and visual merchandising. These documents serve as essential guides for store associates, ensuring consistency in setting and maintaining each new floorset.

Responsibilities: Create written and graphic instructional materials for in-store brand execution. Utilize

Adobe InDesign

to design visual layouts and templates. Collaborate with the visual communications team to ensure consistency across all marketing and visual merchandising documents. Translate brand strategies into effective in-store presentations. Communicate clearly with internal teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all visual documents.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Visual Presentation, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years

of experience in business communications, visual presentation, or marketing. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

is required. Strong visual layout and design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with strong attention to detail. Retail experience

is a plus. Must be able to work

40 hours/week

on a hybrid schedule.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in visual merchandising or retail marketing. Portfolio showcasing graphic design or visual communication projects.

Additional Information: Contract Role

(Covering for maternity leave; no extension or conversion planned).
